1. Where does Sunson Market ship from?
We ship from our three warehouses located in New Jersey, California, and Florida, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the U.S.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package in real time.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 90 days of shipment. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Some items, such as groceries, supplements, and final sale products, are non-returnable. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.
6. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Securely pack the item and use the prepaid UPS or FedEx label we provide.
- Drop off the package at your nearest UPS or FedEx store.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
7. What if my order is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
